We will not send spam mail. E-mail is only sent out to members who have opted in on our website. We do not purchase or sell e-mail lists of any kind.
–Our Return Policy
We strive to ensure that our customers receive only the highest quality products and services. All products sold through our website are new & unopened. We stand by every product we sell and we pride ourselves on providing our customers with the best product on the market. We realize that at times you may need to return an item to us. To ensure proper credit for your returns, please adhere to the following: RECEIVING YOUR ORDER: PLEASE COMPLETELY INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT.
–How to get an Authorization On a Return:
Please contact our sales department at 888- to get authorization on your return. We will accept returns within 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT of UNUSED and UNOPENED items. WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON SENSITIZED MATERIALS, USED OR OPENED ITEMS as we guarantee our products as new and un-compromised.
–Returns In Original Condition:
To assure full credit is issued, all items must be returned in ORIGINAL condition. All warranty cards, product manuals, etc. must be in ORIGINAL unaltered condition. Do not tape or deface the manufacturer’s original (product) cartons. Returns that are received in other than ORIGINAL condition will NOT be accepted or returned. SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. *See specific returns below.
On approved returns, refunds will be issued for the amount of the product less the 5% credit card processing fees and any manufacturers restocking fees that may apply. Credits for returns are normally processed within 3 business days from the date we receive the merchandise. Credit will be applied to the credit card given online when the original order was placed. –Opened or Used Product Returns:
We pride ourselves on the quality and consistency of the product and service we provide our customers. We stand by the fact that we sell only new, unopened, unused products that we order directly from the manufacturer. Our customers expect, and will always receive, the highest quality product when ordering with us. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used merchandise. –Special Order Returns:
If you order a product that is not a regular stock item in our store and you wish to return it, we will happily exchange or refund your credit card.
We DO NOT ship orders from the United States to International Destinations
Please contact our local office in your country or region to order.
There will be, however, a 15% restocking fee for us to send the product back to the manufacturer. This fee is determined when we contact the manufacturer and notify them of the return.
Since we do not stock special order items, the manufacturer will charge us to ship the product back to them.
ALTTRIX LLC is not responsible for merchandise damaged by customer misuse or failure to follow instructions specified in the supplied owner’s manual.
